A support widget that connects customers to your team

Put the customer’s entry point where the question happens. Configure a MASAR widget for an active Support Inbox, choose the supported delivery option, and let customers start or continue a support conversation.

Choose the delivery option your product needs

Use the managed launcher on a website or browser-based web app, embed the hosted experience where supported, or link to the hosted support page. Headless integrations use the documented API contract rather than assuming that hosted-page settings grant API access.

Match the supported customer experience

Configure the accent, title, welcome message, default language, and appearance. Decide which customer details to collect. Customers can exchange messages, upload supported attachments for staff, and recover verified conversations through the supported flow.

Take the hosted interface into a mobile app

Android and iOS applications can present the complete hosted interface using the supported WebView reference integration. Follow the host and delivery requirements and test the finished app, including the keyboard, navigation, attachments, and recovery.

Example: a customer asks about an invoice

A customer opens support from your website, provides the details requested by the configured widget, and sends a message. The conversation reaches the chosen Support Inbox, where staff can review the customer context and respond from the ticket.

Before you start

The WebView integration is not a native SDK. Widget delivery depends on the configured channel and origin policy. URLs and query parameters do not bypass those controls, and hosted website settings do not automatically authorize Headless access.
