Subprocessors
These providers support MASAR's service. Some process workspace data for MASAR; Stripe handles subscription billing data instead. The DPA explains MASAR's duties for subprocessors handling workspace data.
Hostinger
Hosts MASAR's primary production server in Frankfurt, Germany.
Hostinger Email
Delivers account verification, invitations, and other service email, processing recipient addresses, message content, and delivery metadata.
Stripe
Provides subscription checkout, payments, and the billing portal. This involves billing data, not workspace support content; MASAR receives subscription and payment references, not full card numbers.
Cloudflare (R2)
Stores encrypted recovery backups in an EU-jurisdiction bucket away from the VPS. Live workspace attachments remain in MASAR's primary storage.
Changes
MASAR updates this list and gives notice of material provider changes under the DPA. Ask contact@masarhelp.io about applicable international-transfer safeguards.
