Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026Version ⁨terms-2026-09-24⁩

These Terms apply to business use of MASAR. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is part of these Terms when MASAR processes workspace data for you.

1. Who can use MASAR

MASAR is for businesses and professionals, not personal or household use. Anyone subscribing for a business confirms they can bind that business. Team members and people who contact you through your widget do not become MASAR subscription customers.

2. Service and workspace

MASAR provides support conversations, tickets, customer records, files, and team tools. Features and limits depend on your plan. Workspace owners manage members and roles. You are responsible for the users you authorize and for keeping account details and credentials secure.

3. Your content

You keep your rights in workspace content. You allow MASAR to process it to provide, secure, and back up the service under your instructions and the DPA. You must have the rights and privacy notices needed for information you collect or upload.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MASAR unlawfully, infringe rights, upload harmful material, disrupt the service, test security without permission, or access another workspace without authorization.

5. Plans and cancellation

Your plan, price, billing period, limits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Stripe handles payment. A recurring subscription renews unless you cancel through the billing portal or another method MASAR confirms. Cancellation stops renewal on the date shown; it does not close or delete the workspace. Charges and refunds remain subject to checkout terms and applicable law.

6. Overdue payment and suspension

After the payment grace period, MASAR restricts workspace operations and pauses the public widget without deleting the workspace. Restored payment can resume the widget's previous enabled state. Separately, MASAR may suspend a workspace for security, unlawful use, or serious breach; payment does not reverse that suspension. We explain the reason and remedy when appropriate and permitted.

7. Closing a workspace

A verified owner may request closure and choose return or deletion of workspace data. If return is chosen, MASAR offers a secure temporary download for 30 days from notice that it is available. MASAR then deletes live support data; a download confirmation is not required. Legally required business records and recovery backups are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

8. Service changes and responsibility

MASAR may maintain or change the service and does not promise uninterrupted availability. We give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Neither party excludes liability that the law does not allow it to exclude.

9. Law, language, and contact

Dutch law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rules. We will first try to resolve disputes directly; unresolved disputes may go to a competent Dutch court, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. If the English and Arabic versions differ, English controls. MASAR is provided by Masar, KVK 96831685, business address Kraijenhoffstraat 38, 5612 PZ Eindhoven, Netherlands, VAT ID NL005231798B19 where applicable. Contact: contact@masarhelp.io.
